Caring for a community full of people I know and love is truly a blessing and an honor. Serving friends, neighbors, and families in the place I call home is something I am deeply grateful for. Because our community is close-knit, it can sometimes make professional boundaries a little more challenging.
To provide safe, organized, and equitable care for all patients, all medical questions, concerns, appointment requests, and medication requests must go through the office or patient portal. Messages sent through personal Facebook accounts, social media, or private text messages cannot be answered.
Using the proper channels ensures that your health information is protected, your care is documented appropriately, and your request is handled in the most timely way possible. It also helps protect time outside of clinic hours so that I can rest, spend time with my family, and continue serving this community well.
